Our Little World: Spreed the Love!

My siblings and I buy gifts for our nieces and nephews at Christmas. Well I feel like they get so much on Christmas Eve with the Drago side and Christmas day with the Tollefson side that when they get a package in the mail from my brothers I let them open it. This way they get to enjoy the gift instead of opening it with all the other gifts they get. My brother Seth and his wife Ari sent these really cute pajamas. My kids LOVE pj's so tonight we put them on and they are all sleeping with visions of sugar plums in their heads.

What's Going On

Darren: Coaching Malachi's soccer team, Serving as Elders Quorum President, Teaching Spanish is actually very enjoyable to him, Playing a game called Diplomacy, Reading, Playing with the kids, Playing Saturday morning football at the park, Playing in a men's over 30 soccer league (Notice there is lots of playing)
Sarah: Working in Malachi and Naomi's class rooms, Being Naomi's room mom for her class, Coaching Naomi's soccer team, Coaching the schools JV volleyball team, AYSO board member, Serving on the Public Affairs Council, Officiating High School Basketball, Reading good books, Dec 07 and Nov 09 Donated 12" of my hair each time to locks of love for children with cancer.
Malachi: 2nd grader, playing on his soccer team, Saying he's OBSESSED with soccer would be an understatement. The boy knows all the professional players in the world along with their teams and clubs they play for, loves video games, tae qwon do classes, has an amazing memory, likes helping mom and dad.
Naomi: A kindergartener, top of her class, loves drawing detailed pictures and writing, sweetest heart and very caring, has an amazing imagination, playing soccer, tae qwon do classes, Blessed with patience.
Cassidy: What a turn around she has made, from trouble maker to big helper. She loves to clean up, Extremely athletic already, She has such a great smile, Loves to do what ever Naomi is doing, loves to sing.
Liberty: Is the best side kick. If you laugh at something she does as well, Very happy girl, Loves to be with her brother and sisters, Keeps us all on our toes.

Out Of The Mouth Of Babes

Malachi: Mom "So who's house should we do the 12 days of Christmas to this year?" Chi "We should do ____ or ____" Mom "Well both of those houses are really hard to run from with out being seen." Chi "Oh well then we should do the Kehoe's, they take forever to answer their door."

Malachi: Mom "Wow buddy you're getting pretty tan." Malachi after looking at my arms "Yeah, and you have a lot of sprinkles." (frekles)

Naomi: The kids wouldn't go to sleep so I told them they would lose a point if they didn't go to bed and stop talking. Naomi comes in my room and says, "Mom why don't you have faith in us." Yeah for church lessons!

Cassidy: "Here daddy." as she hands Darren something he can't even see. Darren: "What is it?" Cassidy: "Boggie".

Naomi: "Mom, I hope the baby is brown when it's born."

Malachi to Naomi: "So who's your favorite brother?"

Naomi: "Mom, is this Charmain?" (from the bathroom)

Malachi: "If Christmas is Jesus' birthday, then is Thanksgiving Heavenly Fathers?"

Malachi: "I want a Wii for Christmas." Mom said: "Well we'll see those are pretty expensive." Malachi replied: "That's ok I'll ask Santa for one. His elves can make it and it won't cost anyone any money."
