We Bought a Leash!
So I'm at Target and getting ready to leave I had Cassidy in my arms and put her down for a minute to look at something. I turn around and she's gone. So my 1st inclination is that she is hiding in the clothing racks which she loves to do so we're all looking for her trying to get her out. Well we can't find her so I look in the shoe area because she loves shoes, no Cass. So I'm getting nervous now. I look down the isle and there she is with a worker walking back into Target from the exit door. She had gone out of the store. I couldn't believe it. I ran down there and got her. The lady chewed me out as if I didn't know she was missing. So I turned around and went back to the infant department and bought the leash. Especially since we were going to Disneyland the next day. It worked great and we'll continue to use it. I was just thankful she was ok. The irony in it all is she loves the leash. You can't tell from her smile!
My Birthday At Disneyland!

Pink Pixies and Jedi Rebels!
Soccer season has come to an end and what a season it was. This was Naomi's 1st time playing on a soccer team. She had so much fun and made some great friends. They truly were the cutest pink pixies. Malachi's team the Jedi Rebels won 6 of the 8 games they played tied one and lost one. They were amazing. It's so much fun to see the progress he has made. He was the top scorer along with his buddy Jackson.

We love our Daddy!
I can never say enough about Darren and what an amazing father he is. He comes home from work and the minute he walks in the door the kids are non stop demanding his attention. He plays with them right away and gives them each the time the ask for. Until bedtime he is playing with them. I'm so grateful for the amazing father he is!!! Happy Fathers Day! LOVE YA DAR.

Diving In!
These pictures would have been fun to put in a flip book to see the progress. We were at Darren's sister Sina's house and Darren dove off the diving board so Malachi went next and so Naomi decided she wanted to try. She had never worked on diving with us before so we instructed her while she was on the diving board. She had a little bit of a rough start, but after her 6th dive she pretty much had it down, well we just need to get her to keep her down and not dive face first. The first few dives were like I photo shopped her in the air over the pool. It was pretty funny. Over all she did great! We were really impressed with how quickly she picked it up. She is our little fish.

Nile Crocodile!
Malachi chose the Nile Crocodile as his African Animal that he wanted to do his final school poster report on. We took him to the San Diego Zoo and got a picture of a real crocodile to add to his report. He sat and researched all the information with me and decided what facts he wanted to add to the report. I went to the school and watched him give the report. He did a great job and was very informative. These are his open house pictures of his report and a clay crocodile he made. Great job Chi!
