Ok have you ever seen the movie "The Birds" by Alfred Hitchcock? That's how I felt. We bought the nector for the birds to eat and gave some to the kids to hold. It was as if the birds hadn't ate for days. They swarmed in and landed anywhere they could. It was a cool experience, especially since we didn't lose an eye.
How cool was this. The kids got to pet and feed the deers.

Our family enjoys watching American Idol. So on a few occasions we have created our own American Idol, Drago style. The kids get their microphone and Darren, Liberty and I are the judges. Darren likes to play Simon. The kids get up and sing sons. Malachi usually makes up his own song, Naomi sings church songs, Cassidy sings I am a Child of God every time. We judge on creativity, sound, and attitude. Sometimes they get their yellow ticket, sometimes it's the end of the road, and sometimes they are drug out of the room by security (also played by Darren). The kids are hilarious. They'll beg for a second song if it wasn't good enough. They'll argue with the judges. That's when we leave the final decision up to Liberty. The kids can't wait to turn 16 so they can be on American Idol.
